Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when booking.
Reservations are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed.
Customers may reschedule their move if notice is provided at least one week before the scheduled date.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
All payments must be completed prior to the scheduled service.
Prices are provided at the time of booking and may vary depending on service scope.
Ensure clear access to premises for movers.
Properly secure fragile or valuable items unless packing services are included.
Inform the team of any special handling requirements.
Jake’s Moving & Storage is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for items packed by the customer unless packing services are contracted.
Once a reservation is confirmed or a purchase has been completed, refunds, returns, or cancellations are not permitted.
Customers are encouraged to review booking and purchase details carefully before finalizing.
